Description
Centrifuge for food with removable basket, user-friendly control panel enclosed in CEPI outer box, connected to the machine by a mt.3 cable for wall positioning.
Specifications
Structure made of stainless steel aisi 304 ; base made of painted iron .
Electrical box enclosed in CEPI hydro-protected outer box , connected to the machine by a mt.3 cable, for wall placement.
Electric motor of our own manufacture, mounted on shock-absorbing dowel, suitable for absorbing strong tickling.
Safety lid lock for opening only when the machine is stopped , according to current regulations.
Functional characteristics
Machine made for drying raw and cooked vegetables and various foods (fruits, tubers , fish etc).
Brine foods can be processed with special applications of stainless supports in the basket holder.
